Loyal employee of your core team is very essential for company’s growth so try, they don’t go anywhere to leave you during lockdown. Stay connected with them by calling, messaging or video conferencing. Motivate them, maintain high spirits within team.

It is also important to keep in touch existing customers by messaging and social media. It will help to receive repeat orders, renewal, and up-sell at discounted price. During lockdown It may be little difficult but it can give you some revenue.

  • Focus on branding and new customers.
